When will you send my order?


To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of an order Monday - Friday. So, for example, if you order on a Thursday your parcel should be dispatched no later than Monday.




How long will my parcel take to get to me?


If your shipping address is mainland United Kingdom we will send your order using Royal Mail. You can select a first or second class service. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we hope that second class deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days but can take up to 10 days and first class within 1-2 business days but can take up to 7 days. Please keep in mind that during the Covid-19 pandemic some delivery service times are effected, at this time we are not seeing any significant delays.




My shipping address is outside of the UK, can I still order?


Yes of course! We are able to ship your order internationally. For all international parcels we use a tracked and signed for service. In some regions a signature will not be required (depending on the local carrier's Covid-19 policy).




My order hasn't arrived, what do I do now?


In the first instance please contact us on enquiries@helenexley.com or use the "Contact Us" enquiry form. Let us know your order number and we will begin a trace to establish the whereabouts of your order.




There's a problem with my order, what now?


If you believe you have received the wrong product/s or have changed your mind about the product/s please contact us on enquiries@helenexley.com or use the " Contact Us" enquiry form within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide return information. You will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product/s. Please note that goods being returned remain your property until they are received by Exley Publications Ltd. Unless the refund is due to a faulty or incorrect item, your refund will not include P&P costs.
